  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 8-12 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China to the customer.
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@Ellington-Mode.com.

Please note that we operate a fully automated system, and orders are processed immediately after placement. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund it.

Disclaimer: If you submit a cancellation request within 12 hours but your order is processed before we can respond, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address to receive tracking updates.
  • You are not required to create an account, but doing so will make tracking your package easier.

Change of Address or Phone Number

If you need to update your address or phone number, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. In this case, you may request a return and place a new order.

  • Tracking updates may take 1-4 business days to appear.
  • In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but your package should still arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
